Frauen stellen in Kommunikationsfunktionen mittlerweile mit 62 Prozent nicht nur insgesamt die Mehrheit\, sondern tun dies mit 58 Prozent auch in Führungspositionen\, allerdings nimmt dieser Anteil mit zunehmender Größe des Unternehmens deutlich ab. Darüber hinaus klafft bei den Gehältern weiterhin eine deutliche Lücke von rund 18 Prozent zwischen den Geschlechtern. \nWas sind systemische Gründe? Wo liegen besondere Hürden?
